General Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries made by Woodikat to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.
2. Contractual partner
The sales agreement is concluded with Woodikat, owner: Edo Spahic, Hüttentalstraße 13, 71032 Böblingen.
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the button order you place a binding order for the products listed on the order page. Your sales agreement is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
4. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.
To use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e. g. via e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. For this purpose, you can fill out and submit our withdrawal form on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such revocation.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the use of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the products, whichever is the earlier.
You shall return the products to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the products before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
We will bear the costs of ret<shipment the products.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the producs if this loss in value is due to handling of the products that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the products.
- End of the cancellation terms -
All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Böblingen (Baden Württemberg). In Germany we offer a free shipping option for all products from 50€. We calculate the additional costs for a different shipping option or shipping to another country in the checkout. You can find all info about this below.
As soon as the products leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification by email.
We offer delivery to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If your country is not listed, you can send us an email. We would be happy to give you an estimate for delivery to your country.
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-3 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction), for deliveries to all other countries mentioned above within 7 days. However, this only applies to products that are already in stock. All custom extras require a certain production time which can take approximately 2 weeks.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
In our store the prices are including VAT and excluding possible shipping costs. The tax calculation is then done individually for each country in the checkout, i.e. you will then see in the checkout what part of the price is due to VAT. The shipping costs will also be displayed in the checkout.
You have the following payment options:
At the end of the ordering process you will be redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your email address stored at PayPal and the password and make the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can immediately open a PayPal account and then make your payment.
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Shopify Payments: At the end of the checkout process, you will be redirected to the payment service provider where you have to enter your credit card information.
Klarna Invoice & Klarna Now
Klarna Invoice via Shopify Payments: The payment is processed via Klarna. You will receive an email from Klarna regarding the payment details following your order.
Klarna Now via Shopify Payments: At the end of the order process you will be redirected to Klarna. Select your bank and start the payment process.

Invoice: the payment term is 14 days from the date of shipping of the products or for other services, the provision of the service. The terms and conditions of invoice purchase for deliveries to Germany and Austria can be found on Klarna's homepage.
Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
Other payment methods
Furthermore, we also offer via Shopify Payments Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, eps Überweisung and Ideal.
8. Reservation of proprietary rights
Until full payment, the goods remain our property.
9. Settlement of disputes
The EU Commission has created an Internet platform for online dispute resolution. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. More information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board for the resolution of disputes with consumers. The competent consumer arbitration board is: Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. In order to settle the aforementioned disputes, we will participate in a dispute resolution procedure before this body.
